In this introductory class, we will learn why Statistical Processes work and we’ll learn how companies use SPC to improve their Quality. Statistical Process Control has been in use since the end of World War II. The use of SPC has helped manufacturers all over the world improve their quality and reduce their costs.
In this One-day seminar we will learn how statistics work and we will do some basic problem solving using statistical tools. We will look at how data is collected and how large sets of data can be examined to give us information. We will look at some of the statistics that we use every day to make more sense of our world.
