This one day seminar will provide the basics for starting your cultural transition from the current culture to a culture of personal responsibility, open communication among associates, and an aggressive team moving faster than you imagined possible.  We will do exercises to use some of the tools that we will discuss to give you the confidence to take your skills back to your company and start changing the culture there.

We will look at what makes people participate and why open participation can win employee allegiance.  We will conduct exercises in personal responsibility that teach you how to seek meaningful feedback and will allow you to provide meaningful feedback to others.  We will work on basic coaching skills.
