In today’s business environment companies cannot afford to have Manufacturing working to one plan while Sales and Marketing are working to another plan and Engineering is developing things that no one knows about and Finance is trying to understand why costs are up and income is down.  The major forces of our business have to be focused on the same plan.

This class looks at the process of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) that integrates all of the major functions of your company and helps them share their plans and schedules in a way that insures that all of them are working toward common goals and they are reporting their progress back to the other members of the team.  We will look at the month long process of planning, acting, reviewing, and changing.

In this One-day seminar we will study who needs to be involved and at what level in your monthly cycle.  We will learn what needs to be reported and followed and planned.  We will develop a schedule of when the various parts need to be completed to provide information for the next part of the cycle.

Dates, format and schedule:

Four (4) sessions (8 hours):

  • On November 17, 19, 24, 30- 2-hour sessions from 14:00-16:00 EEST (13:00-15:00 CET).

Method of Delivery: Virtual Classroom. During the sessions, you will see the instructor share his screen and show the course presentation while he talks. You will be able to ask questions, solve cases, and interact with the other people. You need to have a good Internet connection and a microphone.
