Reducing Your Inventory Investment, ONLINE TRAINING (18 - 29 October 2021)

Most companies are very interested in Inventory Reduction because they want to reduce their assets frozen in inventory and use that money to invest in other areas like new technologies, improved manufacturing processes, or new facilities. When they can convert the inventory investment into other investments or profit, they improve their attractiveness to customers by providing other services or products with high levels of on time delivery.


In this One-day seminar we will study how Lean techniques, better planning, changes in purchasing strategies, and other strategies and tactics that will help reduce your company’s inventory in the short term, intermediate term, and long term.

Six (6) sessions (12 hours):

On 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 29 October 2021 – 2-hour sessions from 16:00-18:00 EET (GMT+3) and 15:00-17:00 CET (GMT+2).

Method of Delivery: Virtual Classroom. During the sessions, you will see the instructor share his screen and show the course presentation while he talks. You will be able to ask questions, solve cases, and interact with the other people. You need to have a good Internet connection and a microphone.
