Global Supply Chain Management - New Insights in context to Industry 4.0, ONLINE TRAINING (1, 8 and 15 December 2020)
The first part of this brand new - but well tested - program for professional trainings and certifications in the field of Supply Chain Management uses the latest research of Global Supply Chain Management in context to Industry 4.0. Developed by SYMIX, the Global Supply Chain Management workshop provides contemporary definitions and concepts for planning, controlling, and monitoring the flow of materials and information. It explains fundamental interrelations among the activities that occur in business processes of INPUT, THROUGHPUT, and OUTPUT. In addition, the interactive instructor-led workshop covers planning and execution systems, production activity control, agility in an industrial context, concepts for performance measurement implementation, recommendations how to address risks in global supply chains, and a practical team experience by walking through a multi-step learning curve. Through the workshop participation, you will gain knowledge, learn skills and best practices required to execute, control and improve all aspects of Global Supply Chain Management in the age of Industry 4.0.

Dates, format and schedule:
Three (3) sessions (in total 9 hours): on 1, 8, and 15 December – 3-hour session from 9:00-12:00 EEST/8:00-11:00 CET
Method of Delivery: Virtual Classroom
During the sessions, you will see the instructor share his screen and show the course presentation while he talks. You will be able to ask questions, solve cases, and interact with the other people. You need to have a good Internet connection, loud speakers, and a microphone.
